Customer care emails are typically responded to within one business day. We take off Saturdays, Sundays for personal and family time. Emails received on these days, and weekdays after 6pm, will typically be responded to the following business day.

Checks and Money Orders
I also accept checks and money orders. Usually checks will need to clear, before merchandise will be shipped out - less than 7 days. Please be sure to print a copy of your checkout invoice & send along with payment for reference. Checks & money orders are appreciated within 5 days after check out, please.
SHIPPING:
A small handling fee, to cover the cost of bubblewrap and mailers, is applied to each item and is typically around $1.00/per item.
Greyhound
Larger items are shipped Greyhound, with insurance. Greyhound can be much more affordable for the larger pieces. If you have any questions on how Greyhound works or prefer a different type of shipping, please drop me an email.
UPS Ground
Most items are shipped via UPS, and include tracking & insurance. Generally, items are shipped within 2 - 5 days of receiving payment. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days. If you need me to put a rush on your package, please let me know ahead of time.
USPS
Smaller items will be shipped USPS parcel post unless Priority Mail is requested.
International Shipping:
Many of my smaller items can be shipped outside of the Continental US, and will be subject to an additional fee. They will be shipped in the most expedient and cost effective way possible.

RETURNS:
Merchandise is non-returnable. It is up to you to make sure that you view all photos, read the descriptions and measurements noted in the descriptions given. Also please be aware that you are purchasing items that have age and are worn with time. They will have the expected character marks: bumps, dings, scratches and wear. I will always note any characte traits in the description given. All sales are final.
